Range uses v²sin(2θ)/g at level ground; flight time solves y = h + vt − ½gt²

30 m/s at 45° from ground level travels about 91.77 m in ideal conditions.
Assumptions and limitations
Gravity is 9.80665 m/s² and air resistance is ignored.
Drag, spin, uneven terrain and changing gravity can materially change trajectories.
